Engagements
All design work is delivered under a project agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. Work begins on receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed deposit (typically 50%).
Revisions and scope
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins — no surprise invoices.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, full commercial ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client, including editable source files. Unused concepts and working files remain the property of the studio. The studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality clause is agreed.
Payment terms
Invoices are due within 14 days. Deliverable ownership transfers only on full payment. Late payments may pause active work and accrue statutory interest.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed to the cancellation date is billed pro-rata against the project fee; deposits cover work already performed.
