When you submit the contact form, ZeeGFX collects the information you provide: your name, email address, and project details. The site also uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns; no personal profiles are built.
How your information is used
Your details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a project proceeds, to deliver the engagement. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You will not be added to a mailing list without explicit opt-in.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up conversations, then deleted. Client project records are retained for the duration required by contract and applicable tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing myzeegfx@gmail.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical request data (IP address, user agent) for security and delivery purposes. Email correspondence is processed by the studio's email provider under standard confidentiality terms.
